At Azuna, we want you to breathe easy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your home fragrance or air purifier products, you may return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
